To find your DHCP server in Query.exe, Type Your MAC Address into the field (Example 00:20:40:E2:CA:5C) and then click "Fetch".  Note: Query may take up to 30 minutes while it tries to find the information.

Be Sure To Clear The Magic Cookie Area Each Time!!

Before Hitting The FECTH Button!! Your Modem IP is listed under Server Address.

This is the IP to plug into Advanced Diagnostics or TCNiSO Step 1.

This Software May Seem As If It's Not Working. If after 30 minutes you have no info.

Restart The Software. If no luck after 2 tries. Reboot PC & try again. The software works!!

It just has a mind of it's own at times!!
